Occasionally, there may be a need to manually call a specific bin to a specific port. (i.e. if a mistake was made in a certain bin, an item was lost in a specific bin, or to test the function of a port)

The instructions below outline the process for manually calling a bin to a port. Note: this document does not take bin queue into consideration.

Before beginning, ensure no one is on the grid and grid safety is observed.

Summarized process for normal open bin pick:

  1. Open Port
  2. Set Open Pick
  3. Type in bin number
  4. Open Bin
  5. Close Bin
  6. Return Bin to Grid
  7. Close port

* Do not attempt to close port without closing bin
