- Resolution depends on the error experienced
- Errors such as NO_MIDPOS, ILLEGAL_TRACK, MISSING_GAP, TRACKSHIFT, and GAP_OVERFLOW
- Inspect track sensors and wheels for dirt/debris. Clean with a dry lint-free cloth.
- Ensure there are no loose connections
- Remove the robot from the system and perform further inspection
- If the customer finds a part is broken and needs replaced, note down the part name, part number / serial number, and quantity that must be obtained and create a "Part Request" ticket in Freshdesk for a Kardex agent to process.
