Robot experiences a recurring issue which stops the system

  • Errors such as NO_MIDPOS, ILLEGAL_TRACK, MISSING_GAP, TRACKSHIFT, and GAP_OVERFLOW
    • Inspect track sensors and wheels for dirt/debris. Clean with a dry lint-free cloth.
    • Ensure there are no loose connections
  • Remove the robot from the system and perform further inspection
  • If the customer finds a part is broken and needs replaced, note down the part name, part number / serial number, and quantity that must be obtained and create a "Part Request" ticket in Freshdesk for a Kardex agent to process.
  • Contact Kardex for further assistance
