Description/Symptoms of Issue:
Receiving error code 153 or 154.
In Status Lookup, "LIFT_ENC_DEVIATION_F" or "LIFT_ENC_DEVIATION_E"
Cause:
This is a robot notification, not an error.
Solution:
Per AutoStore, this notification is not of concern or even a precursor for future issues. The signal quality from the magnetic encoder varies and might lead to deviations from robot to robot. This is normal.
It does, however, need to be investigated if the notifications are in conjunction with lift errors.
