Access Point Troubleshooting

If the system is experiencing high packet loss or frequent connectivity issues, one solution is to set the channels to be static. Ensure the channel numbers are not overlapping and creating interference. Refer to the chart below. Also ensure other devices in the area that run on the same frequency (2.4 GHz) are not on the same channel.
