Blocking a cell might be appropriate when:
- There is an issue with a specific cell which cannot be immediately addressed
- Work needs to be done on a specific cell
NOTE: Robots cannot pick or place bins or drive over a blocked cell. When blocking a cell, note that other cells may become inaccessible if the robot must drive over the cell which is blocked to access a nearby cell. Any bins in the blocked cell will be inaccessible, which could cause issues/delays with orders. To empty a cell before blocking it, follow this procedure: https://kardexsolutionsllc.freshdesk.com/en/support/solutions/articles/151000181791-how-to-empty-bins-from-as-cells
