    • Depending on the ticket type, typically between 1 to 48 business hours
  • What should I do if I have an urgent issue?
    • Contact Kardex through the helpdesk hotline. 
    • Primary path for urgent support, especially during off-hours or on weekends
  • Is there a way to see current and historical tickets?
    • Yes, log into the Freshdesk account and navigate to the view all tickets option
