Site: Nestle

Purpose

When the system flashes red and boxes on the conveyor are blocked due to one of the container/box

Scope

Use when containers are stuck on the conveyor and do not move into Autostore due to missing telegram confirmation from the PLC side.

Responsibilities

Support Team: Identify the affected container and verify telegram history in Concinity/Grafana.

PLC Team: Resend the missing ENDTSP telegram for the affected transport order.

Customer Communication: Inform the customer about the request that needs to be sent to PLC team

Procedure

Step 1: Identify the Affected Container

Open Grafana Bufferlift Dashboard.

Locate the last container stuck in the list (e.g., Container 103858).

Step 2: Verify Telegram History

Open Concinity Telegram History Dashboard. Check for missing ENDTSP telegram for the transport order (e.g., TO: 430072). Confirm that the ENDTSP signal was not received.

Step 3: Request PLC Team Action

Confirm to the customer that the issue was caused by a missing ENDTSP telegram.

Inform them that once the telegram was resent, the blockage will clear successfully.

Example: Resend ENDTSP for TO: 430072.

Step 4: Verify Resolution

Once ENDTSP is resent and acknowledged, confirm that the blockage clears.

Check conveyor status again in Bufferlift Dashboard.

Expected Result

The ENDTSP telegram is resent and acknowledged.

The blocked container moves forward, clearing the conveyor.

System resumes normal operation.
