Sonepar Test server Failing

Steps to Resolve Test Server Failure

1. Connect to ZScaler

   • Ensure ZScaler VPN is connected to access the internal servers.

2. Connect to RDP

   • For Sagunto:
     
             Computer: srv-as-wms-sdk
             Username: SONEPAR\SOPORTE_ADDVERB
     
     

   • For Arteixo:
             
             Computer: srv-as2-wms-sdk
             Username: SONEPAR\SOPORTE_ADDVERB

3. Run WMS SDK Application

   • Inside the RDP session, launch the WMS SDK application located in the Windows taskbar.

   • Start the Simulator Service.

4. Repeat for Both Sites

   • Perform the above steps for Sagunto and Arteixo one by one.
     
     

     5. Verify Server Recovery

                Once the simulator service is running, the test server should start working without errors.
